​Avington Park Farm is situated in the beautiful Itchen Valley now within the South Downs National Park. Park Farm had been used as an army camp and training area during the 1st and 2nd world wars and was bought by the family in 1954. Although now a modern arable farm it retains its parkland appearance that had been created in the late 18th century.
At just over 500 acres it would now be described as small for an arable unit.
